Client Agreement & Terms
By booking a class, purchasing a package, or attending any session at Bloom Pilates, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments
- All classes, packages, memberships, and private sessions must be paid for in advance.
- Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Late Policy
- Classes must be cancelled within the studio’s cancellation window.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package or membership.
- Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of entry for safety reasons.

Packages & Memberships
- Packages have an expiry date and must be used within the specified period.
- Unused sessions will not be carried over unless stated otherwise.
- Bloom Pilates reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or class formats when necessary.

Health & Safety
- Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes in health before class.
- Bloom Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.

Studio Etiquette
- Clients are expected to arrive on time, respect equipment, instructors, and fellow clients.
- Mobile phones should be silenced during sessions.

Liability
- Bloom Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Participation is at your own risk as outlined in the liability waiver.
Agreement Acknowledgement:
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this contract and the accompanying waiver.
