Client Agreement & Terms

By booking a class, purchasing a package, or attending any session at Bloom Pilates, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Bookings & Payments
    • All classes, packages, memberships, and private sessions must be paid for in advance.
    • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations & Late Policy
    • Classes must be cancelled within the studio’s cancellation window.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package or membership.
    • Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of entry for safety reasons.
  3. Packages & Memberships
    • Packages have an expiry date and must be used within the specified period.
    • Unused sessions will not be carried over unless stated otherwise.
    • Bloom Pilates reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or class formats when necessary.
  4. Health & Safety
    • Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes in health before class.
    • Bloom Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.
  5. Studio Etiquette
    • Clients are expected to arrive on time, respect equipment, instructors, and fellow clients.
    • Mobile phones should be silenced during sessions.
  6. Liability
    • Bloom Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
    • Participation is at your own risk as outlined in the liability waiver.
Agreement Acknowledgement:

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this contract and the accompanying waiver.
